Fraudulent text messages claiming to be from USF Federal Credit Union were sent to both members and non-members, with a phone number and instructions to reactivate their debit card. If you receive one of these text messages, DO NOT respond or dial the phone number, delete it immediately.

USF FCU is pleased to offer the convenience of e-statements online. e-statements provide you with the same information as paper statements, but are securely available through cyberteller, our online account access service.This new way to receive your statements is free and eliminates the need for paper statements.

Eliminating paper statements has many advantages:
e-statements are environmentally friendly by saving paper.
e-statements provide quicker access to your statement information by eliminating the need to wait for paper statements to be mailed.
e-statements provide greater security for your account information. Statements no longer sit in your mailbox until you get home in the evening.
e-statements offer a greater return for you as a member. e-statements are less costly for the credit union to deliver your statement to you. If we save money, you benefit as a member in the form of higher rates on savings, lower loan rates and lower fees.

Sign-up for e-statements
To enroll for e-statements all you need to do is login to our online account access system, cyberteller, and under the Online Services Menu, click on Access Your e-statement and:

      1. provide/update your current email address,
      2. view the e-statement disclosure,
      3. click the “I Accept”button.

When your e-statement is available the following month, you will receive an email notifying you to login to cyberteller to view your current e-statement. If you do not currently have access to cyberteller, you can obtain the cyberteller application here.

How to sign-up for USF FCU VISA e-statements:

      1.  Login to cyberteller
      2.  Click on the VISA Online button at the top right of the             screen.
      3.  Choose the 1st option:  Yes.  I would like to enroll now in             e-statements
      4.  Click on Continue
      5.  Enter your e-mail address
      6.  Verify your email address
      7.  Read and accept the Terms and Conditions by checking             the box.
      8.  Click on Continue

You have successfully enrolled in electronic statements and will receive email confirmation within 24 hours. You will begin receiving your statement electronically with your next billing cycle. You will also receive a paper statement for two additional billing cycles.

ACH Fee Increase

Effective September 1, 2009 the fee for paying your USF Federal Credit Union loans through our Phone Center with a checking account held at another financial institution will increase from $5 to $7.50. 

You may elect for USF FCU to automatically deduct your loan payment each month from another financial institution for a one-time fee of $7.50.  Or simply open a checking account with USF FCU and enjoy the many benefits including no monthly service charge, no minimum balance, Free ATMs Nationwide, and quarterly dividends.
