cyberPay Upgrade
We are excited to announce your cyberpay bill pay system will be upgrading on October 28, 2009.
The cyberpay system will be UNAVAILALE from noon eastern on Tuesday, October 27 until the new system is set-up at 9:00 a.m. eastern on Wednesday, October 28. |
About your cyberpay bill pay upgrade:
- You will be asked a challenge phrase at your first login.
- All of your payees will carry over to the new system as well as any scheduled payments plus up to 18 months of payment history.
- Your current cleared check images will not be available within the new upgraded product. However, they will be available by contacting the bill pay call center (number will be published on Oct 28th ) or the credit union.
- On October 28, your new payment history and cleared check images will record as payments begin to process.
New Features:
- Payments scheduled before 2 pm will be processed the same business day.
- You will receive an Estimated Arrival Day of Payment to the Payee when you schedule the payment.
- There will be a Security Key for you to create and you will be asked Challenge Questions during certain transactions for your online security.
- Ability to rush a payment for a fee.
- Ability to move payment history into an Excel document.
- Ability to make ACH single or recurring transfers from your USF FCU accounts to another financial institution in which you are on the account.
- Enable email or text notifications to remind you to schedule payments or notify you of certain activity on your cyberpay account.
- The Pay Person to Person feature will allow you to pay an individual by knowing only their name and email address.
- You will be able to send a donation to a charity of your choice or a gift check for a special occasion.
- Live chat and toll free number available to assist you Monday – Friday from 7:30 a.m. EST – 2:00 a.m. EST.
